About The Client
National Business Register provides data on all 10 million UK businesses, companies, trade marks and brands. They also provide full information advice and support in setting up a new business, company, trade mark and domain name.
The client came to us looking to bring the main pages of each section of their site to life with a series of business orientated customer service Web Presenter videos. The Managing Director decided each section would benefit from an introductory corporate web video production that would welcome,educate and inform new visitors to the website.
The client firmly believed that a series of business orientated video productions would greatly enhance their website.
The Project
This was a cracking little job to work on and is where WebVideos really excel as a team. Right from the beginning we worked closely with this client analysing each different sub-section of the website in order to 'bring out' what we determined was the right approach to adding Web Presenter videos to their business.
The client didn't have a huge budget, but as you can see above the end results were a series of bespoke, flash driven customer service video productions that did the job and looked fantastic in place on the websites.
Aswell as positively delivering information that is normally a tough read, the cusomer service videos contributed to a reduction in call rates that in turn have contributed towards the final cost of the customer service videos. All in all a brilliant production and a job well done.
