Andy Woodruff - Managing Director
Andy has spent 20 years as a salesman and marketer predominantly in the Communications and IT industries.
He has worked for operators and suppliers across different sectors in the UK and internationally – selling services, software and systems to blue chip companies.
It was in Hong Kong in 1994 that he first came into contact with the Internet and what it had to offer. Later at Logica he witnessed the dot.com boom and bust at first hand. Recently Andy has been using his sales experience & drive in developing a number of software and technology start-ups.

Mike Taylor - Operations Director
Mike has over 20 years hands-on IT experience in building and operating systems for a wide variety of clients, including banks, retailers and local government.
Whilst in his 20’s he created and sold his own successful software company. In recent years the focus of Mike’s work has been in the online world. Mike leads our IT and Operations functions to ensure that the technical side of WebVideos works perfectly.
His deep understanding of a wide technical systems and languages has ensured the continued growth of the company. He is a founding member of WebVideos.

Mark Griffin - Creative Director
Mark studied Graphic Design at his local University.
He then went on to work for a number of years as Creative Director of Mannenberg Ltd. Here he managed all creative output from nationally based magazines to website design and many other aspects of the design canon.
The past few years has seen him work as a freelance Graphic Designer for various clients. Mark is a founding members of WebVideos.

Jayne Reddyhoff - PPC / SEO / Google Specialist
Jayne is an experienced business consultant and Internet Marketing specialist, with a passion for providing business focused, plain English advice that deliver measurable benefits.
Her marketing approach is both pragmatic and driven by the need to deliver quantifiable results.
Her background is very much a business one, mainly in the IT and Telecoms sectors. This has given her the ability to combine an understanding of technology with the skill to explain it simply and clearly.

Guy Nicholls - Senior Scriptwriter
Guy has extensive experience in on- and off-line media — as publisher, columnist, writer, feature writer, scriptwriter, photographer and corporate / advertising & marketing / sales copywriter.
Guy has over 20 years experience in custom publishing, and, since 1998, specialises in a variety of new media.
Guy has advised a wide variety of clients on numerous high profile projects around the world. In recent years Guy has built up a wealth of experience writing copy for high profile public service websites.

Robert McGowan - Senior Cameraman / DOP / Editor
Bob has been working in film for nearly 10 years, working on all sorts of projects including: live events, documentary, short film, music videos, advertising, corporate and green-screen work.
He has a keen eye for composition, the patience of a saint and has become our Number 1 choice when it comes to a professional DOP / lighting cameraman.
Having edited many of the projects he's have worked on, Bob also understands what an editor needs to construct a visual story that ends up on a timeline.

Lorraine Patterson - Ideas / Creative / Set Building
Lorraine started out, as an apprentice in Architectural Metalworking, studying Manufacturing, Production and Engineering.
She joined the ‘Creative Decorating’ business partnership, painting murals and specialist effects around London by day and Studying AutoCad 2d/ 3d, Advanced Specialist Decorating and Interior Design evenings.
Lorraine went on to do an HNC in Graphic design/ HND in Creative Business, resulting in an internship at Doodlebug Design, and then on to Camberwell Film studios... with past experience proving invaluable in set design, construction, direction, production and editing skills to date.

Tai Campbell - Ideas / Creative / Editing
Tai loves film, TV and comics. He graduated from Roehampton University with a degree in Film Production. Since then he has been President of his Students’ Union and a Snowboard Instructor in Italy.
Over the years he has proved himself a talented, creative individual and generally useful to have around.
Tai also works as a Director and has Written and Directed a pilot for a new TV series called ‘The Unglamorous Life of These Guys’. He has also worked on a number of feature films and done a 2 month shoot in Italy.
